The application form

If you fill in the form, your answers are stored: what you need, your budget band, your company website, your role, your timeline, your description in your own words and, on the last step, your name, email and optional phone number. If you end the form early by choosing the learning route or a budget under €2,000, no name or contact details are asked for.

They are used to review your request and prepare a possible project (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR). Answers are scored automatically to decide what you see next: a calendar, a personal review or a thank-you page. The score uses only your answers and whether your company website exists. Arthur reads what you send and can always override the result.

Answers are stored in a Postgres database (Neon) in the EU and sent to Arthur as a Telegram message. Kept until you object, at most 24 months after the last contact.

Cal.com

Cal.com is only loaded if the calendar is shown to you, and your name and email are prefilled there. Cal.com then processes data under its own privacy terms.

Measuring

This page sets no cookies and runs no third-party analytics or tracking scripts. To see where people drop out, it counts which steps were reached, using a random ID that lives only in your browser tab. To limit abuse, a salted hash of your IP address is kept for at most one day. It is not stored with your answers and is not used to score them.

Hosting

Hosting: Vercel Inc., 440 N Barranca Ave #4133, Covina, CA 91723, USA. Vercel processes technical request data (such as IP addresses) in server logs to deliver the site.

If you contact us by email, your message and address are used only to handle the inquiry.
